We are with you from the moment you choose to have your photos taken to choosing the locations you want and discussing your dress, to delivering all the final photos and videos to you.

our Story

Our photo and videography team started its work under the name of “Legacy Pictures” in 2018, in Tehran. Separated into two divisions: Wedding and Media Production
And in 2019, continued its work in the same divisions in the historical city of Istanbul, Turkey. It was an honor to be the first full-time Iranian team in Istanbul to offer media services.
During our 3.5 years tenure in Istanbul, we became the most-reliable and experienced team thanks to over 250 bride and grooms who trusted us with the biggest day of their lives, be it in Istanbul, or the city of balloons, Cappadocia.
In 2022, with bigger goals in mind and vast experience in our pockets, Legacy Pictures was registered as a company in Dubai, UAE, and immediately got started in May of the same year.
It is our honor and pride to be with you as the first professional Iranian photography and videography team with a long history and reputation, residing in Dubai.
As in all the previous years, our activity in different cities and countries, with all our power and energy, we use our experiences and knowledge to create the best and most lasting moments and memories for you in the magical city of Dubai.

The 6 Next Steps

1. Contract Consulting

You are in contact with us from the very beginning. According to your conditions and the type of photography and videography you are considering (from pre-wedding to wedding ceremonies), we will guide you to the most appropriate package for you. Even if necessary, according to your request, a wholly new and personalized package will be made for you according to your conditions. The contract will be prepared and sent to you, and by paying the deposit, you will officially become our reserved couple!
Easy, and fast. All these steps are done online and there is no need for you to be in Dubai!
Keep in mind that to reserve our pre-wedding packages, it is not necessary to set the exact date and even the possibility of changing the date after the contract can be done without paying an additional fee.

2. Selecting the Locations

After signing the contract, we will have another consultation session together, in which all the locations we can go to will be introduced to you, all the different items that you can have for the day of photography and filming and you will share with us all the wishes and ideas you had for the best day of your life. Finally we will reach a common idea and goal. In this session, you will be given the necessary advice about clothes, accessories and make-up.

3. The Day of

Finally, the most important day is here. We will start the day according to everything we spoke about and finalized in the consultation session. If you chose a package that includes a make-up artist, then your day will start with the make up. After you are done with the make up, you are ready for photography! And we will be waiting for you at your hotel/place. If you have a pre-wedding shoot, then we will go to the locations that you chose, and start shooting! We spend a whole day together, so we try our best to make it as fun and as memorable as possible for you.

4. Delivery of the Files

At the end of the day, the original files of all the photos taken will be delivered to you. Now it is your turn to give us the photos you want for editing or if you have an album, for editing and the design process. In consultation with your significant other, you choose the photos you want to be edited (and used in the album if you have one) and send us the name of the photo files to start the process of editing and designing the album.

5. Delivery of the Video

The time needed to edit the final video is usually 45 days after you’ve chosen the songs you want in your video. All our videos are edited in tempo and in-sync with your favorite songs, and we make sure the style of the video is what envisioned.

6. Delivery of the Edited Photos and Album

The time needed to edit all the pictures is usually 45 days after after you’ve chosen them.

After finishing the edit and the design work, the first draft of the album will be sent to you, at this stage you can inform us if you want to make any special changes or not.

Once approved, it will be sent to be printed, and the printing process may take up to 3 weeks. 

All our efforts are so that we make this process as hassle and stress-free as possible for you. Once you are set with us, you can rest easy knowing that we will take care of everything, and deliver them to you in the best possible quality.

FAQ

Do we have to announce the exact date to make a booking?

No, one of the most important advantages of photography and videography with our team is our flexibility. In the initial stage of the reservation, you only choose the month you have in mind.

Our team has a series of open dates which allows you to plan for your shoot, whether you’re in Dubai or you’re coming from abroad, without worry; even before booking the tickets and the hotel.

It is also important that if for any reason, your travel plan has changed and you can’t make it for the month you’ve reserved, you can change your date without any penalties.

This depends on the package you choose.

One location in Dubai usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours to fully shoot in. So, if your package is hour-based, keep that in mind. Our comprehensive packages mention how many locations is in included in them.

After finalizing your booking, you will have a consultation session with me, personally, in which all the different locations that we can take photos and videos in will be introduced to you, and you have this opportunity to choose the best locations according to your tastes.

In the consultation session, all the locations will be introduced to you. From the main locations that do not have any entrance fee, to some more special locations that require an entrance fee, such as a Private Yacht, Dubai Miracle Garden, photography and videography with luxury cars in Dubai or photography and videography in the desert dunes, etc.

It will be 100% your choice. One of the important clauses of our contract is choosing the song you want for the video. So feel free to choose anything, because everything we do has to ultimately be to your taste. Our team will give you the necessary advice and guidance along the way.

The process of editing the photos and the videos and editing your photos will be done around 45 days; but consider this time after announcing your selected photos and your desired song to us. All the coordination will be done online and the files will be sent to you via Google Drive or WeTransfer, wherever you are in the world, and there is no need for you to be in Dubai again to receive the finalized files.

The cost of commute from and to the locations, in all over the world, is the beared by the client. However, in our pre-wedding/wedding packages, we will pick you up from the hotel, take you to the locations and then back when it’s done without any additional fees. Keep in mind, this is only for our pre-wedding/wedding packages, not the hourly photography package.
